On August 6, 2024, the Auburn Police Department will be hosting its first annual “National Night Out” from 5PM-8PM at Lemansky Park. Entry into this event is free, as are the events. Food trucks will be available to purchase dinner.
This event is designed to help promote strong police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. In turn making our neighborhoods safer, and more caring places to live and work.
There will be numerous events during the night to include;
Parking is available at both Lemansky Park and the Horgan Arena.
Join Officer David Ljunggren and his K9 partner Biza as they provide a demonstration of their abilities
Join Officers Matthew Laskes and Brandyn Geldart as they explain how technology is changing law enforcement and providing state of the art services to Auburn and the surrounding communities
Come tour the CEMLEC Bearcat with Officer Hawley, and learn about the many advantages such equipment is helpful to our job!
